the work

The origin and true aim of psychotherapy can be found in its etymology — psyche, meaning soul, and therapin, meaning healing. This practice is both an art and science. The intention is to create connection, wholeness and well-being in your relationship with your authentic self and the people you love.

A note from me

“I’ve always had my therapist and then my healers… they’ve remained two separate entities, in two separate worlds. Healing in relationship in one place, and healing in soul and spirit somewhere else. I wanted to create a space where my clients could do both. ”
